Saturday, April 18, 11am-1pm

A Little Longer, A Little Deeper! Sometimes 90 minutes isn’t enough! In this special 2hr session led by Natasha Julius, you’ll have time to work through a bit longer series of poses, giving your body time to open, your awareness to deepen, and long-term benefits to accrue. While open to students of all levels, those with at least 6-months of Iyengar experience will benefit the most.

Beginners Very Welcome!

Those new to yoga, or Iyengar Yoga, are welcome at any of the four weekly Fundametals classes (Weds, Fri, Sat, Sun). Saturday’s class is particularly suited to anyone that might be feeling a bit apprehensive, for whatever reason, to try yoga.

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to the start of any Fundamentals class your first time and we'll take it from there!

Summer Camp Yoga Workshop
June 26-28, 2026

We look forward to welcoming Jennie Williford (CIYT Level 3) back to the studio for her annual summer weekend workshop with us. Over the course of 3 classes on Friday evening, and Saturday and Sunday mornings, we’ll draw inspiration and deepen our practice from Jennie’s insightful practice and teaching.
