TAKE A BREAK!
Relax & Rejuvenate
Sunday, May 31 @ 11am!Yoga is SO much more than a series of poses and a physical workout! Pranayama is the study of energy/breath that is the “gateway” to spirituality. This monthly Pranayama for Relaxation & Rejuvenation class is designed to move beyond the physical poses (asana), to deepen the experience of yoga, and to enable the student to progress further down its path.
I hope this study of pranayama will help students take a step further towards discovering the peace, contentment, and other treasures that yoga offers,” says Stephanie Fukui, the session's instructor.

Picking up on a theme highlighted at the recent IYNAUS Conference, Jennie (CIYT Level 3) is excited to lead three classes that Explore the Unexplored.
